Payne & Sons Construction is a family-owned company that has been serving the Phoenix area for over 20 years. In 1998 the company was divided into two parts; the roofing division and the remodeling division.

The construction industry as a whole has a bad reputation for delivering products and services in an untimely manner and over-budget. There are even a few scoundrels who simply take advantage of people and fail to do work for which they have collected payment.
We believe that an educated customer will make the best decision that provides them with the greatest value. Many times, after all research of contractors is complete, the homeowner realizes that the lowest-bid contractor actually provides the lowest value. After considering the liability and risk associated with uninsured and unlicensed contractors, the vast majority of homeowners will move toward companies that are properly capitalized and properly run to have their work done.
Ensuring clear communication
Most complaints that homeowners have with contractors deal with poor communication, whether it be during the estimating or production phases of the project. Setting proper expectations allow for the job to run much more smoothly.
At the same time, all of us make mistakes. We will provide you with a list of personnel along with their contact information to ensure that if you don't know the answer to one of your questions, you know who to turn to in order to find out.
